Essential Policy

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance forms the foundation of academic success. Students are expected to be present for all classes and maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to remain eligible for progression to the next class and Board examinations.

Each month, students may take up to 5 days of authorized leave. Extended absences require proper documentation, and any gaps of 10 consecutive days without authorization result in automatic removal from the college roll.

Parents are required to meet with the Principal if attendance becomes an issue, and only one readmission is considered per policy. Board examination registration may also be withheld if attendance standards are not met.

Key Points

  • 75% Minimum: Required for class promotion and Board exam eligibility
  • 5 Days/Month: Maximum authorized leave per month
  • 10-Day Rule: Continuous absence triggers removal from roll
  • Parental Meeting: Required if attendance falls below standards
  • One Readmission: Limited to one re-entry per policy

Parent Involvement & Identity

Parent-
Teacher
Meetings

We believe in building strong home-school partnerships where parents play an active role in their child's academic journey. Parent-teacher meetings are held twice annually—after December term tests and after promotion examinations.

These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss student progress, address academic concerns, celebrate achievements, and collaboratively plan for continued growth. Your involvement is invaluable in supporting our students' success.

College
Identity
Card

Every student receives an official college identity card upon admission. This card is an essential document that must be worn at all times during college hours and serves as proof of your enrollment status.

In case of loss or damage, duplicate cards can be issued at double the original fee. The ID card system ensures safety, accountability, and helps us maintain the integrity of our college community.

These systems work together to create an environment of mutual trust and support, fostering communication between home and school while ensuring safety and accountability for every member of our college family.

Our Commitment to You

These rules are not restrictions—they are frameworks for success. Every guideline is designed to create an environment where every student can thrive academically, grow personally, and graduate with confidence, character, and pride.
