Selection Process

Merit-Based Admissions

All admissions at GCW Shadbagh are purely merit-based, ensuring fairness and transparency in our selection process. We evaluate each applicant on their academic performance, subject qualifications, and commitment to educational excellence.

For students with disabilities, 2% of seats are reserved in both Intermediate and Undergraduate programs. Senior Cambridge and O-Level students comprise 4% of our Intermediate intake, recognizing diverse educational backgrounds.

We welcome applications from international students through proper diplomatic channels, and we maintain rigorous standards for all admission categories to ensure our community's academic integrity.

  • Photographs (4 photos, blue background, 1.5×1.5 inches)
  • Character Certificate (2 copies)
  • Attested CNIC of father/guardian (1 copy)
  • Attested CNIC/B Form of applicant (1 copy)
  • NOC from previous board if applicable (2 copies)
Undergraduate Admission
  • Character Certificate from institution attended
  • Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Student B-Form (1 copy initially, 4 copies upon approval)
  • Matric Certificate copies
  • F.A./F.Sc. Result cards & certificates
  • Father's/Guardian's and Student's ID Cards

Your Admission Journey

Obtain Application

Collect the admission form from Bank of Punjab or visit our college office. The prospectus contains all relevant guidelines.

Submit Application

Submit your completed form with all required documents before the deadline. No forms accepted after the due date.

Merit List

Selected candidates are announced on the college notice board. Check regularly for your name during the announcement period.

4

Pay Dues

Selected candidates must pay admission fees by the notified deadline. Failure to do so results in cancellation.
