Whether you're applying before or after your Matric results, the OCAS system handles your application securely and efficiently. Your information is automatically shared with participating colleges, and your Matric results are uploaded directly by the board.

Step by Step
Complete Application Process

Visit the Portal
Go to www.ocas.punjab.gov.pk in your web browser. The portal is available 24/7 for your convenience.
Make sure to use a reliable internet connection and have your Matric Roll Number ready before you start.

Enter Your Details
Input your Matric Roll Number and select your Board of examination from the dropdown menu. Double-check this information for accuracy.
If you have questions about your roll number, contact your previous school or the education board directly.

Select Your College & Program
Search for GCW Shadbagh using our college code 352230 or by browsing the college list. Select your desired program (Intermediate or Undergraduate).
You can apply to multiple colleges and programs. Simply repeat this process for each application.

Generate Fee Slip
The system will generate your Application Processing Fee Slip automatically. Print this slip — you'll need it to pay the processing fee.
Keep your fee slip safe. You'll need it as proof when depositing the fee at the bank.

Pay Processing Fee
Visit any Bank of Punjab branch and deposit Rs. 25 using your printed fee slip. You'll receive a receipt as proof of payment.
The processing fee is nominal and covers the administrative costs of processing your application. Keep your receipt with your application records.

Complete Your Application
Return to the OCAS portal and complete the remaining sections of your application form. Review all information carefully before submitting.
Colleges automatically receive your application details. Your Matric results will be provided to colleges directly by the board—no need to submit them separately.

Await Merit List
Check your application status on the portal regularly. Once merit lists are announced, check the GCW Shadbagh college notice board and the OCAS portal for your name.
Selected candidates must report to the college with their documents and pay admission dues within the notified deadline.
